Â
YOU CAN SAVE yourself.
There's joy on the other side.
Â
Parenting a PDA kid can feel like trying to navigate uncharted waters. You love them fiercely, but the strategies that are supposed to help only seem to make things harder. You end up exhausted, second-guessing yourself, and feeling further from your child than ever.
But there’s a different way. One that aligns with your instincts and centers the safety and connection your child truly needs.
The PDA Parenting Lab is a self-paced course that helps you break free from the endless cycle of behavior management and step into a more peaceful, collaborative way of parenting. You’ll learn the science behind your child’s behavior, how their nervous system drives what you see on the surface, and how to create conditions where both of you can finally exhale.
This isn’t just another parenting program. It’s a mindset shift, a nervous system reset, and a path back to trust, confidence, and connection in your home.
You don’t have to do this alone. You just need a new perspective and the tools to use it.

Hi!
I'm Lindsay
A therapist of over 10 years, a late-diagnosed ADHD woman, and a lover of fancy coffee and good books.
When I gave birth to my first child in 2014, I was quickly baffled. Who let me parent this kid? Why did all of the things the parenting books suggested seem to make his behavior worse? I was definitely messing this all up...
It wasn't until our son received an autism diagnosis at age 7 and we stumbled across PDA that everything clicked into place. We were going about this all wrong. Rather than having behavior issues to be solved through rewards and consequences, he needed nervous system support and co-regulation.
I've been where you are! I saved myself... and you can, too.
